Education Centre

The Waste Education Centre at Donarbon’s Waste Management Park in Waterbeach, is open to anybody from the Cambridgeshire community who is interested in finding out more about what happens to their waste. We welcome visits from schools and colleges, special interest groups, local businesses and the general public.

Activities and workshops for schools and colleges

There is a programme of activities suitable for both primary and secondary groups. Please contact the education centre for more details.

Through our Learning Zone students can access quizzes, interactive exercises, fact sheets, images and illustrations. The resources are developed with clear Key Stage objectives in mind for Geography, Science and Sustainability and build learners' understanding of important environmental issues.
